Delete your TenantBinder account

You can delete your TenantBinder account and its data at any time. It is free and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open TenantBinder and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account actions, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Delete account.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Request deletion

If you no longer have the app, send us this form. Give the details on your account so we can find it. We may write to you to confirm it is you, and we delete the account within 30 days.

Request sent. We will delete the account within 30 days and write to you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details, name, email and phone number.
• Your profile, devices and notification settings.
• Drafts and agreements that only you are part of, with their documents.
• Your name and contact details in the history of shared agreements.

What is kept

• An agreement you share with someone else stays with that person, because it is theirs too.
• A lease you already signed keeps its signature record, including the name and contact details you signed with. It is the other party's proof that you signed. We keep it for at least seven years from signing, as our Privacy Policy explains.
• Backup copies are removed as backups expire.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
