Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Several US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), give residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and of its “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

TenantBinder does not sell your personal information for money, and never discloses the contents of your agreements or documents to advertisers. Like most businesses, we may use advertising, attribution, and measurement tools (such as those provided by Google, Meta, and app install attribution providers) to promote the Service and understand how our advertising performs. These tools may process limited technical data — such as advertising and device identifiers, click identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction and conversion events — and this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws. Our analytics and infrastructure providers otherwise act as our service providers under contracts that restrict them to processing information solely on our behalf; those disclosures are not a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your right to opt out. If you are a resident of a state whose law provides this right, you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for the advertising activities described above. To do so, email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” from the email address associated with your account (or, if you have no account, describing your request). You can also limit advertising identifiers in your device settings (“Allow Apps to Request to Track” on iOS; “Delete advertising ID” on Android) and configure your browser to block third-party cookies. Where applicable law requires, we treat opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as valid requests for the activities they cover. Opting out does not affect advertising you see elsewhere generally — it only limits the use of your information as described above — and does not affect processing by our service providers necessary to operate the Service.

Information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use them, the categories of recipients, and the rights available to you under applicable state privacy laws — including the rights to know, correct, and delete, and the right to non-discrimination — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
