  • Sharing or printing the agreement PDF
  • Uploading your own files into the binder
  • Running more than one live agreement at a time

One live agreement, or more than one

Without a subscription a landlord holds one live agreement at a time. That is not one ever — an agreement you called off, ended, or whose term ran out lets go of the slot, and the next one takes it. It is the shape of somebody renting out the place they own.

If you are running several tenancies side by side, the larger plan carries as many as you need at once.

Where the price comes from

Subscriptions are sold inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Those stores set the amount in your own currency, apply your own tax, and run the billing — so the only honest price is the one the store shows you at the moment you tap, and printing a different one here would just be a number that goes stale.

There is a weekly plan and a monthly one for a single agreement, and a monthly plan for running several. You manage or cancel any of them where you bought them, like every other subscription on your phone.

The store listings are still on their way. Until they are live, writing a lease costs nothing at all — write to us and we will get you started and tell you where things stand.

Questions people actually ask

Am I charged as a tenant?

No, and there is no version of this where you are. A tenancy is paid for by the landlord's subscription, and a tenant is never shown a price.

What happens to my lease if I stop paying?

Nothing disappears. Opening and reading a document is never gated, whatever your subscription is doing — a signed lease whose subscription lapsed still opens for everyone on it. What stops is sending, sharing the PDF, and adding new files.

Can I write a whole lease without paying?

Yes. Every term, every state rule, every disclosure, and the finished document on your screen. The payment comes at the moment you want to put it in somebody else's hands.

Is there a free trial?

The weekly plan carries a short free trial, set up on the store's side. The app offers it to every account the store says is eligible, and the store is what decides.
